Our Land

Land We Own
Valley Land Fund owns 13 properties totaling 330 acres in Amherst, Blandford, Bernardston, Cummington, Charlemont, Deerfield, Hadley, Hatfield, and Northampton.  Some of these properties we intend to own permanently. Others we are in the process of selling or donating to local government, state agency, land trust, or conservation-minded individual. All of our land is permanently protected and, if sold, will have a Conservation Restriction (CR) or Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) placed on it.
