We invite you to consider including the Valley Land Fund in your estate plans. You may leave any percentage of your estate, a specific dollar amount, or the remainder of your estate (after all other gifts and obligations have been fulfilled), to Valley Land Fund.   The following wording may be used in your will:

• I give (X%) to Valley Land Fund of Northampton, Massachusetts, for its general purposes without restriction.
• I give ($X) to Valley Land Fund of Northampton, Massachusetts, for its general purposes without restriction.
• I give the rest, residue and remainder to Valley Land Fund of Northampton, Massachusetts, for its general purposes without restriction.
